Less than Ordinary Bank (Standard Bank)

We applied for a home bond a month - two months ago. Since then we have had the worst service ever from Standard Bank Home loans. We e mailed through all our necessary forms. Then we waited... After waiting a couple of weeks I phoned the home loans department. They told me that the application has been closed (Without notification) Reason- My letter of employment was not in order. How do you close a home Loan application without letting the applicants know? Then after sitting on the phone (sometimes 20 MIn at a time) the application was re captured. We told Standard bank plenty of times that our contract we signed for the house expired end of feb and if somebody else puts in a offer for the house we would loose the house. Then we started the long wait again. After phoning Standard bank Home loans multiple times we eventually got to a 5 escalation number. BUT still nothing happened. Now last week Wednesday they told us we would have confirmation of home loan by today 18.03.2013. So I phoned in and what a surprise still nothing for us!! I feel like I should send my last two months phone bill to standard bank as well!! We are at our end with this!!!
