On Mon I received a lovely call from Jeremia, followed by an SMS that they've managed to recover my excess from the taxi owner that drove into me. I then recieved another SMS on Wed 27.02 confirming the above once again, so I call Jeremia 0117157545 and he confirmed that my money will reflect within latest 48hrs. I have called him 52 times, with no response, only to be diverted all the time. I'm extremely disappointed that I have wasted my airtime calling this consultant, yet with no response. He was supposed to call me back yest, no response. He was supposed to call at 09h30-nothing, then after 10, still nothing. What do I have to do to get some sort of feedback?
I feel like all my money is being wasted here... I should rather start getting quotes for other insurance companies because not even complaing on their Facebook page seems to work.
