Access bond application

01/11/2011 opened bond account with standard bank. 07/2012 prior to depositing R200000 into account contacted call center to enquire if access bond was on this account - I was informed it was 11/2012 deposited another R200000 into the account. Sunday failed to draw from access bond, Monday contacted bank our access bond has been cancelled as not been used in 6 months. To reapply I have had to change my account that credits the bond account from my Absa current account to my wife's standard bank current account and also go to the local branch of standard bank to FICA the account, which I did. That was on Tuesday, now after numerous phone calls, faxes and another trip to the bank the home loans department still don't have the FICA documentation. This account was FICAed when we opened it. It has been over a week and I am still not able to access my funds, I am paying my accounts with funds from my overdraft all due to red tape and a total lack of competence of the Standard bank home loans staff.
