ONLINE RESET PASSWORD

I was loading a payment and there was a problem with FNB sending a OPT number, that resulted getting the same OPT number 3 times and it blocked my account. Trying to log on again it gave me a page to Reset my password. punch in my ID and Pin number then to continue u punch in Card Number en Pin. Thats jst where it ends. it gives a blank page... Called Call Centre and they told me they are having problems with internet reset. its almost 2 weeks now. I cant do internet banking and i wont go inside a branch... Am so annoyed coz Online banking was suppose to make things easier.
