CAN I GET AN ANSWER PLEASE!

I applied for a second bond on my home loan on the 29th of November 2012. All documentation as requested was send through. I have spoken to numerous people and e-mailed numerous people but I get no response whatsoever. There has already been an assessor at my property two days after I initially applied for the loan but since I have had absolutely zero response from Standard Bank. This is getting ridiculous. There is no communication. No-one even phones me to tell me whether the application is in process or if anything else is needed. There is a reason I applied for the bond. And there is a reason why banks have a SLA! But up to now I am in the dark as to what is happening. All I need is a simple yes or no! I expect this matter to be considered as serious and I expect a fair and reasonable response by end of business today. I have had enough. All my companies banking is done through Standard Bank. Don't make me regret choosing you as my sole service and financial provider!
