The most disappointing home loan application

I applied for a home loan on the 22 Oct 2012. Visited the branch 3 weeks later to find out if all is well since i havent heard any feedback. on the day i was received and sms to say thank you for applying with Standard Bank. its been almost 3 months with no response what so ever, i called the home loan department and i was informed that my application was not captured and i should go back to the branch. on my arrival i waited for 2hrs of which i dont mind however when i was attended to i was told i will have to re-apply. i swear i really dont understand how a 150yr old bank can treat its customers like this. i agree my home loan is for a mere R400k but the least that can be done is to spend R2 and call me to say there was a problem with my application. i am currently with Standard bank and i have never felt so worthless.
if you are considering a home loan from standard bank, be warned. you will realise that you absolutely dont matter.
