I have been trying to get help from Standard Bank Home Loans since the year 2007. I applied for an additional home loan and got approved for R99000.00 and they got an Attorney from Pretoria called JJ Johan Corporate.
They were supposed to handle the funds and legal side of things for Standard Bank.
The loan was approved in September 2006 and the Attorneys never release the money tome.
Standard Bank confirmed that the loan was approved and that I should contact the Attorneys, which
they then advised that they can help me with some cash until they receive the money from the bank.
This was all very confusing cause my previous bond application was paid to me directly from Standard Bank.
The Attorney's gave me R20000 in total by December 2006 and advised that I owe them money due to the interest they charged me and Standard refuse to get this resolved and thus I am writing this complaint.
The attorney's are on Standard Bank Panel and they robbed me and refuse to get to pay me the balance and Standard refuse to reverse the amount, but I am still paying for this loan and the interest for the past 8 years.
This is really pathetic and would like everyone to know how pathetic they are.
