Hi, I have an Urgent reversal of a debit order to do and they are unable to assist. Firstly have I been sitting for a whole 2 hours in the queue and I had to get back to work... I try and call me so that they can do the reversal for me but than they tell me that I have to go into the bank again to do the reversal...

Is there absolutely no one that can assist me.
