I want a debit order reversed on my account immediately and contacted the Uitenhage branch. They wanted me to come in and fill out a form before assisting me. So I went to the branch in The Bridge / Green Acres, waited in the queue for over 30 minutes, only to be told that I must complete a form and then the reversal will only be done tomorrow sometime.
This is unacceptable! Why can't this be done at the branch or over the telephone?
I want this debit order reversed before close of business today with a direct contact number of a manager for future assistance. I can be contacted on my cellphone for details of the debit order I want reversed.
