I Mashung Erick Rahlagane went to standard bank greenstone branch to do reversal of 3 debit orders on Saturday 21/12/2013 and was assisted by the lady at Enquiries and she also told me that she can only be able to do reversal the following day which was Sunday 22/12/2013. I agree to sign all necessary docs and after she promised to reverse the following day.
I went to the branch again on Monday the 23/12/2013 to confirm if the reversal was done and the from enquiries confirmed that it was done.
As this was delaying I later decided to call customer care and ask them about reversal of my 3 debit orders and to my surprised the lady by the name of Tebogo told me that there is no single reversal on my account.
I'm not sure if I need to keep my account with standard bank or maybe have to move to competent financial institution. Or maybe they employ incompetent candidates.
I'm so disappointment with the poor service I received from standard bank, I hope Seniors will make sure this does not happen gain if they want to keep their client happy.
