On Tuesday the 26th of March I went into the Midrand branch to process a reversal which I was informed would take a few hours . in the coarse of the week 27th and 28th I called the Standard Bank Call center were I was informed the reversal would take 24 - 48 hours and was then reassured that the reversal was successfully processed.
To my surprise on Sat the 30th still no funds in my account. I then contacted the call center where the initial lady I spoke too hung up on me, I then retried and got through to the lady who managed to assist me by actually processing the reversal. The entire week I was told the reversal was done were in actual fact it wasn't.
The standard bank call center team misinformed me and worse was terribly inconvenienced by the fact that this reversal was not processed when it was supposed to.
