HI,
I am so right now because i went to the FNB Carlswald on the 30/03/2013 to request a reversal and the stupid customer service agent made me sign papers and told me the reversal will be done in the afternoon. Here i am typing this and the reversal is still not done. I called the branch before 12 noon on the same day and the other lady told me they will probably do it after all the customer's has left the bank. What is that? You go to ABSA and request a reversal and it will be done immediately. I need the reversal done because i will not go to the bank again for the same thing. If anyone really cares at FNB would actually make sure that the reversal is done. I have already given everything to that stupid customer service agent with an ugly wig and i will not do it again.
