25/09/2013 - I walked into the Sandton City branch to reverse a debit order. I was then told I need to first stop the debit order before they can reverse which I found strange but nevertheless did. After that the consultant confirmed it's done. However, I normally immediately get an SMS to confirm the reversal was done. But in this case I only got an SMS that the debit order was stopped. So I don't know if the consultant actually did do what he was supposed to do. I then phoned the contact centre who claimed they cannot see if a reversal was done. I feel this is very unprofessional as I'm supposed to either get a notification or get some assistance from the call centre agent. I'm now very worried that this reversal is not done & now I cannot walk back to the branch again as the place is too far from where I am. This is quite a dissapointment.
