I was promised I would not be charged

I went to Northgate branch 2 weeks ago to have a debit order reversal done, as I had payed money into a wrong account, the teller that assisted me, confirmed with her collegue that I would not be charged if FNB could not recall the funds for me, (unfortunately I dont have the name of the person who assisted me, but FNB can check who filled out these forms for me which I signed & who worked on this reversal, this is the person who assured me that I would not get charged), the lady's collegue still asked me how can they charge me for a service they have failed to do which made perfect sense, as I was not going to continue with this reversal if there was any possibility that I would get charged, on 30 Jan, Abigail Gounder emailed me to say the reversal was unsuccessful, & that I would get charged, I told her to go and look at who requested this reversal because that perseon promised me I would not get charged, I warned her that there would be a complaint if I got charged & asked her to get back to me, to date she has not gotten back to me, not a word, I got charged R215.00 for this reversal, if FNB in Northgate has cameras, please get the video where the teller is assuring me I would not get charged
