Incompetent and terrible customer service

Can someone who is actually competent at ABSA phone me 0832002681.

I have changed banks about a year ago and my account has been closed with Absa since then. Recently I obtained vehicle finance with Absa and furnished my FNB banking details to them.

Absa for some reason what so ever made the decision to collect vehicle monthly instalments from a closed account.

In December 2012 had to travel out of SA and got delayed response regarding a border letter from Absa and the reason for that was that I had an outstanding amount. I had indicated to Absa employees that I contacted that this was not possible only to find out they collecting from a non-existing ABSA account. I went to an ABSA branch and deposited the instalment, then sent fax t0 0866378159 and an e-mail to Annamarie from collections with the correct details. To date those details have not been affected.

I don't baby sit banks for a living, I have a lot to do in my time for me to run in circles with ABSA.
I will not accept responsibility for again providing Absa with my FNB banking details as I have already done so twice and ABSA should have record of this. Terrible service!!!
