Two days after taking out insurance with Anderson Insurance, I decided to cancel and stick with Outsurance. One would imagine that two days of having a policy would carry no cancellation penalty but Anderson staff, very firmly, insist on keeping me to a cancellation period which ends 35 days from now. Get real guys, surely my cancellation is not going to destroy your business. The irony is that had your staff been sympathetic and treated me as a valued client, I would not have been writing this.
