BREACH OF CONTRACT

On the 03-09-2011 I went to FNB Ghandi square to apply for a loan of R60000 the consultant assisting me Nkuli advised that the system was allowing for the
Loan at as one amount so they would give me 3 loans in which after 3months she said she will make into one due to their system errors they were experiencing. I confirmed this with Nkuli and she stated that this is how they do it when system has such an error Nkuli gave me the loans and after 3months I called FNB Ghandi and I spoke to Nkuli wanting to find out when was the amount going to go off my account, as one amount she said she would have to do a 4th loan to try and make the 3 loans into 1 I question this to be possible because I am a commission earner and affordability wise I would not be able to afford a 4th loan under my profile she then tried the 4th loan and system declined, she then said If I continue to pay the next 3 months then maybe system will approve I was very angry about this because as per her promise to me now after I took the loans she cannot for fill them they now listed me for thier own reckless landing and fraudlent activities i logged another complaint friday and still thier stalling with feedback
