I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER,
I WITHDRAW MONEY FROM ATM AND ATM DIDNT GIVE MY MONEY WHILST IT WENT OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT I WENT IN NEXT DOOR TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AND GOT THE WORST TREATMENT EVER I WENT AND TOLD CONSULTANT WHAT HAPPENED AND HE SAID COME BACK TOMORROW... MY QUESTION WHY COULDNT HE PHONE CALL CENTRE OR ASSIST ME BY TAKING MY DETAILS IM A WORKING MOM HAVE A CHILD AND MOM THATS SICK TO SEE TO. I NEED MY MONEY BAACK AND NOW WAS TOLD TO WAIT 15 DAYS MY PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM CONSULTANT DIDNT EVEN SHOW INTEREST ALL HE WAS DOING IS CHATTING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER/WOMAN WHAT SERVICE IS THAT FROM STD BANK AND YOU SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST BANK NO MAN I AM VERY UNHAPPY AT THE BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR STAFF AND HOW A CLIENT IS BEING TREATED
