I went through a broker and got a quote with Anderson Insurance, When I was on the phone with their consultant after I had given over my banking details, We discovered I was quoted on the wrong car, The consultant then never contacted me back. She then went and confirmed the policy without my authorization and I am now getting a debit order every month that I reverse. I cannot get through to any numbers I have for Anderson, They never answer, I call the Broker and they contact someone but Anderson is just completely useless, I am actually glad I never took out a policy with Anderson if this is how pathetic their services are, You would think someone would call me back when they realize I stop the debit order every month.
I have already contacted the short term insurance Ombudsman, they said I should contact and try sort it out with Anderson before taking it further with them, If I do not get a response from this, Then I will follow it up with the Ombudsman and I hope it really screws Anderson up. I cannot believe how pathetic your service is.
Anderson Ref number is A124 560 SUP, I tried to call a Mr Ndlovu on 0861 988 988, Never an answer.
