In august i had an accident and still today nothing has been sorted out meanwhile i am paying anderson insurance every month and the bank for the car. I speak to one person then no one else knows what is going on i have not recieved my contract with them still and i am no closer to finalising my claim than i was when i first reported the accident. I was told the car would be paid off at the bank but when the bank phones anderson insurance they have no idea what is going on. I have tried everything to finalise this and now i am fed up and running out of options so i am no longer paying the car at the bank until anderson pay out and seems my only other option is to go to a lawyer, unless they can sort this out once and for all! Is it so much to ask for you guys to sort this out i havnt missed a payment and anderson is happy to take my money!
