Inadequate service

I have been tryin to get my policy with Anderson insurance cancelled since the 17th of July and the company either promises to cancell the policy drop the phone on my ear, or im put on hold for at least 30mins, or im transferred from consultant to consultant, I get made false promises that the consultant will get back to me.

I'm sitting with a request for cancellation of my policy and because I have put in a claim with my new insurance and Anderson insurance must now either pay half of my claim or they must pay me back my 3 months premiums, because I have been dually insured.
