My issues with Anderson Insurance Underwriters are as follows:
1. I have been calling there customers service line 0861 988 988 for hours with no luck. This number sometimes works and at most time does not exist.
2. I submitted my certificate A218552COM to have my car installed with a tracker and after severally weeks i still have no tracker installed but paying the full premium. Thapelo the consulted still has not offered me any solution and not followed up with me if this is resolved
My conclusion from all this experience with Anderson is that i feel i have been, Anderson cannot deliver on there services, their service line number 0861 988 988 is false. Now imagine when i have a really problem and require their urgent assistance should i be in an accident with my car.
