I phoned in january 2013 and cancelled my policy. I sent an email via the website stating their service is disgusting and i want to have nothing to do with rip offs like anderson.
I followed up in february again when i rcd an sms to state abt bad weather. I replied to that number stating i am NO LONGER their client as i cancelled.
To date may 2013 i phoned again andmthen kenny asked me why i WANT TO CANCEL. I re iterated to him that i already cancelled due to service and cheap shabby benefits offered. i asked him to get the manager to contact me. Tnat never happened.
Anderson is useless and their staff inefficient. They have wasted my time and money. I want my refund fr janaury. I am insured with a reputable company with excellent service.
