I have a policy with kaizer chiefs funeral plan underwritten by hollard. My husband died on the 3rd of february 2013 which was on a sunday, i forwared the required documents on tuesday and waited for 48hrs for the money to reflect on my account, i called the call centre numerous times to find out when the funds will reflect on my account and i was not given the answer i needed, i waited till friday, had to pay the undertaker and nothing was given to me, i am so dissapointed with the way my claim was handled, i was so stressed because i wanted to but groceries with that money.i only received the funds on my account at 1:00 am saturday morning the day of the funeral, it was too late, what was i going to do at that time and yet you claim 48hrs and no hassles, im shocked. False advertising.
