I have a funeral policy with Kaizer Chiefs which is underwritten by Hollard my mom passed away on Sunday 17 Feb 2013 and the next day i phoned Hollard to log a claim the helpfull call centre staff explained to me what documents was needed the next day when i had all the documents i went to the head office in Parktown within 15 minutes i was out they said the payout will be in 48 hours but the nextday the money was in my account now thats what i call speedy service so i just want to thank Hollard for the excellent service
