I urge all the people in South Africa who are planning on taking a warranty with MotorMed not to do so. This company has bad services. Last month I applied for warranty cancellation and was told that they indeed received my cancellation and the policy has been cancelled. I then called today and the consultant told me that the cancellation was only done today and it will take 21 working days for me to get refunds. I mean why at the first place did Kellin (one of the consultants) confirm that it was cancelled then now another consultant tell me that it has not been cancelled.
This is what I call poor service for real.
