Not paying claim - funeral plan

I took out the funeral plan for my mother, she passed away on 6 February 2013. When I wanted to claim I was told that there was no beneficiaries added to the policy. They gave me a letter to take to the court to get a letter of authority, that was done but still they do not want to pay. Please help! I need this money to cover funeral expenses. I spoke to numerous people, I even went to your office in Johannesburg, but still after almost 2 months still nothing.
