Reduced woman to tears - total bad service

I live in Ladysmith. My name is Sherine Moodley. I reside in 11 Jasmine St. My house was damaged by hail on 12 Dec 2012. My Roitshoha, acting on behalf of both Ithala and Mutual and Federal, made his way to see the house 2 weeks later, before Christmas, together with an assessor.
Today is the 22 Feb 2013, we still have not received any payout from our insurance company. Today my son phoned him, he replied that " he was not aware of the insurance claim until two days ago, your mum, dad and you are nagging me. Please i cant talk about this issue"
what the!!! we are the ones who have no roof, damaged furniture, no beds since December.
Who the is suffering? By the way, we have insurance by mutual and federal however ithala bank is handling it since we took our house finance through them.
Pathetic service. I am in tears as I type this letter. I have taken leave for today based on the way Ashwin spoke to me on the phone.
I hope no woman has to endure that service again
