Very dissapointed in Hollard Funeral Claims

My mom passed away on the 30th of November. I submitted my claim on the 4th of December, 8 am. I was phoned by 17h00 pm to confirm that my claim has been received and that they have received all relevant documents. My mom`s funeral was scheduled for Saturday the 7th of December 2013.I have been phoning Hollard Insurance since Friday morning. Someone from Hollard returned my call on friday morning, confirming that the claim has been finalised and that the money will be released by 12pm Friday 6 December 2013.I had to run around for cash as Hollard failed to pay the money on friday. I phoned on monday and the operater at Hollard told me that the claim was not finalised and promised me that I will be phone d before the end of the day.that didnt happen, i phoned them again yesterday, same story. Call ref nr 289875694.Why is this happening. I will be cancelling my remaining policies with Hollard and will tell everyone about the bad service. No one should be treated this way while they are mourning a loved -one. I feel like I am the one begging Hollard for my own money now.
