I have a policy with hollard funeral cover policy nbr 10358622 of which i covered my aunt, she passed on 25Mar13 contacted call centre and they forwarded claim forms of which other pages where missing at the end i forwarded everything they required 02April and they say process takes 48hours, i called the claims dept. thurs the 04April to find out how is my claim i was advised it has been sent to assessors they will call after 2hours then friday i called again i was still told it will be forwarded to assessors then the 08Apr i received sms that they ackowledge my claim then the 09Apr got another sms that the assessor will call me soon, and all this time nor one from hollard giving me a call i have to call all the time to find out whats going on, then i called again 10Apr then i have been told that still going for investigation, firstly i took the policy for funeral plan even today its not paid they still investigationg waiting period i was told its 12months they need history of the deceased and the forms i submitted all they required, still today Hollard insurance still havent paid me i borrowed money for the funeral knowing the policy will pay and i am still at vain still today.
