I lost my grandmother on Monday and on Tuesday before 12pm I submitted my claim form to Hollard via fax and later during the day I received an sms from them telling that they want brighter copies of the ID"s I faxed earlier and I immediately re-faxed the copies. On Thursday I thought I was going to get a notification of my payment as 48 hours has already passed I decide to cthem and ask what: s going on and I was told that they are still waiting for the ID copies that I have already faxed on Tuesday and I explained to the guy I was talking to that those brighter copies had been faxed already and he told he will submit my claim Ill get the money the next day Friday came and still nothing I called again and I was told that my claim need to be assessed and after I will get the pay out. Ok I waited patiently till 12pm then I decided to call again and I was told all is in order the payment will be done soon till now there is no payment in my account and I need the money for the burial which is tomorrow morning and my grandma is still in the funeral parlour because of the unpaid bill. Its 10:20pm at night and there is still no money in my bank account from Hollard.
