I was advised to fax requested documents and the money will be in within 48hours, did fax documents on Wednesday made follow up, they told me that claim is not captured on the system, called Thursday morning spoke to Phindi, she advised me that claim is allocated to Itumeleng, tried to get hold of Itumeleng left massages to call me back she never did! called again they confirmed that they received all of my documents, and they promise to pay the money on my Acc, Itumeleng called me late in the afternoon on Thursday to tell me that the I'd copy of the deceased is not clear, we faxed it again they promised us that the money will be in on friday morning! Went to the Bank on friday morning, There was no money! called hollard back spoke to Phindi she said money was in she will advised Itumeleng to send me proof of payment, she never did, Itumeleng called me on Friday again to tell me that she has not received I'd copy of the deceased that I faxed it yesterday I was really Annoyed by unprofessional Incompetent consultant! after this claim want to cancell My Policy
