BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I submitted my home loan application at the branch on 14/02/2013 at 3:30pm to the consultant Alfred Malatji. Seven days later after calling and reminding and querying every day for status update, I call the call center only to find out my application has not been sent from him, as there is nothing captured. Does this guy realize he makes the entire company look bad? That me requiring a loan from them is me giving them business??? After I had asked him myself for the contact center number he rushes off to submit my application! I am not happy with the way I was treated by Alfred and it is people like him that give the entire brand a bad name over one incident that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I feel he should ensure my application is now given the highest attention as he has wasted me time and that cannot be given back to me.
