FNB Home Loan declines thier clients

Good All

I'm disappointed in FNB for declining my home loan application as a client of theirs they don't give you any preferences to motivate process. Making assumptions that I can't afford the home loan monthly repayments. Also I've spoken to Standard Bank and they were very helpful with the application. My credit scoring was to low but they would of motivated my application if I banked with them.
