I recently submitted a home loan application via a branch consultant after experiencing some difficulty with the on-line application process. I have what i believe is proof that my application was submitted but after contacting the home loans call centre i was told that the is no record of the submission made by the branch consultant. I am trying to be patient and i have only applied at my bank for a home loan but my offer will expire soon. I have always felt that FNB is a bank that treats me like a person and not a number but so far applying for a home loan has left me feel like my bank thinks i'm a piece of binary code that lives in the ideal world. I always thought buying my first home would be a wonderful experience. Please FNB consider the person making the application give me feedback, guide me, i know nothing of your internal processes and give me hope.
