SAVING THE TREES - FAIL

When I took my loan with Nedbank, I requested they email the statements to me - save paper, save the trees etc. Also because the postal service at my residence was often or not delivered.
I have since requested twice more that they email them as I NEVER received ANY statements at my residence, except the 1st statement in 2010.
On extending the loan in 2012 I AGAIN asked the loan manager to email the statement after he gave me a print out of the balance.
I sent a request via the Nedbank website this morning (reference is: FI1531526 - Feb 18 2013 8:02AM) at after STILL not receiving a response, I phoned at 16h10 this afternoon. I was then told by an african gentleman that there was no email address listed on my account. I informed him that this is impossible. He took the email and then asked me to hold... suddenly I was back at the main menu! No reference, no name, jack... I refuse to continually have to give all my details etc because of NEDBANK incompetence!!! Don't respond with an apology, just email me my requested statement!!!
