I moved to a new premisis 18 months ago and visited my nearest Nedbank branch with ID and proof of residence and the address was changed.
I have not received any statements for the past 2 years and contacted the personal loans call centre on Friday and changed the method of receiving statements to email.
I received an updated statement via email this morning (thank you) and lo and behold the address was not changed, which means my statements for the past 2 years has been going to my old address where the new residents now have access to my personal banking info.
I once again called the personal loans call centre and was advised that I need to go into the bank with the documents to update the address.
Why was this not done when I changed my banking details or why was I not informed that it needs to be changed seperately so that I could have done it while I was in the store.
Now I must be inconvenienced
What is happening at Nedbank? Seems the service is slipping.
Maybe it is time to change??
