Not debited / Not receiving statements

I have a loan with nedbank and a credit card. I've been debited for the loan that I took in February 2012. I was then offered a credit card and I haven't had joy with Nedbank since the day I accepted it. Firstly I asked them to debit me on the 28th of every month but they failing to do that. They then told me that they've sent my debit date to be the 29th of every month but also failing to do that. I've sent an email to Nedbank Credit Card monthly eStatement and advised that I cannot open the format that they send me the statement with but till date no one has contact me to find out if I want to be sent the statement via post.
