I would like to lodge a complaint against Nedbank for not sending me my persoanl loan statements. This has always been an issue but it is not getting resolved and i always ask them the same thing. I asked a lady Jane Seeletsa to send me my statements and she always did, thats until recently i sent her an email 3 times with no response. i also sent Nedbank a message on facebook and still no response. I would really like this matter to be resolved because it is really unnecessary to take it as far as lodging a complaint just for a simple statement.
