I am so tired of requesting bond statements from Nedbank, since we registered our bond in 2009 for land we bought which then became a building loan we have only received 1 statement up till now. I phone and email continuously to request, I check the address is correct, to no avail!!!
We have given Nedbank so much business and they could not even be bothered to give us our information! On a 4 million rand house I would like to know where we stand with our debt owing! They have such a 'couldn't be bothered' attitude when I call and just shrug it off saying I will have to email them if I want a statement. Surely we have a right to the information! I wanted to change over my bank to another but Nedbank will definitely be off my list of potentials! Boo Nedbank you are such a lazy bank in my opinion!
