It is apparent to me that Nedbank is trying to save costs by not posting statements to their clients. I personally experienced this with my credit card statements, and now experiencing it both with my wife's current account and my daughters investment savings account. after umpteen visits to the branch, the staff say that all the postal details are correct but no statement ever arrives... the staff say that we should access the statements at the SST. As far as I am aware, this is in contravention of the Code of Banking Practice and the only explanation is that Nedbank is trying to save of postal costs... the only way I could ensure to receive my credit card statements was to get it emailed... at no cost to Nedbank!!!
