This is the second complaint that I am putting regarding this insurance company, the first one was not resolved and I am not sure if this time this one will. I have spoken to a number of call centre agents and a Manager by the name of Lee-Ann regarding my debit order date to be update to the day when I get paid which is the 20th and again in Feb they went into my account on the 15th. I don't know how difficult it is to change a debit order date and at this point I don't even know whether I am insured or not because of the empty promises that the company has made. I am still waiting for a written letter confirm that last month's drama will not affect my insurance I have not received it. Can the CEO please help me because none of the managers can.
