I hope that these companies like Cell C are aware that we do not enjoy writing these complaints because at the end of the day they help us by providing us with needed services, but when they rather hire incompetent staff members and we end up getting no value for our money, we will continue doing these bad reviews until the problem is solved.

I just spent an hour on the phone speaking to a call center agent about my debit order not being changed, instead the call was cut and I asked to do a stupid survey while my problem was still unsolved. I have been calling Cell C since February 2013 to change my debit order date from the 15th to the last day of the month. Non of this has been done. So for the third month in a row I will have unpaid debit orders, thanks to Cell C. How hard is it to just click a mouse and change the preferred date of payment from the 15 and scroll down to 31. Is that so difficult? This is the last time I am writing this complaint, otherwise I'm cancelling all my lines with Cell C. Thanks so much for messing up my credit record with those unpaid debit orders. I'm actually disgusted with this company!!
