Debit order details not amended as requested

I phoned to change my debit order details to 4049257800, ABSA bank, cheque account. However, though my vehicle insurance debit order was amended, the debit order for my dent and scratch cover was not, and was deducted from the wrong account. Please amend this debit order immediately and confirm.
