I have been struggling to get my debit order date changes since the begining of last year. They have put me from pillar to post. I had to get a letter from HR stating that I get paid On the 20th even if it is a Sunday. From there I was promised that they were going to get some one to assist to change it.still no feedback. I logged a complaint last week Thursday, I am still waiting to here back from someone. The Call centre tell me to contact the branch and the branch tells me to speak to the call centre. Can someone please help me? I am not going to have a bad name on my account because each time I have debit orders returned. I want my debit order date changed to the 25th, a.s.a.p.
