INCORRECT DATE FOR MY DEBIT ORDER

My debit order date is for the last day of the month, but for the last 3 months, you have been taking money from my account on the 15th and again on the 20th. I am sick and tired of phoning your call centre, and complaining, according to the agents my debit date is the 31st of each month. So WHY ARE TAKING MY MONEY ON THE 15TH.I want an explanation as to why you are so incompetent and i want a letter of apology as well, because of your actions i now have unpaid items on my savings account and this is not on. I will cancel my contract if this bad service continues, You will pay back my R370 into my savings account within 2 days, i dont want any excuses, and you wil change your system according to my paydate, not to when you feel like debiting my account. Your service stinks, and i will tell the whole world
