On 14th feb 2013 i went to a standbic ATM in Kampala to withdraw R680, the atm said my bank is not available, a few minutes later i tried again i got an error that my account is blocked. I called Standard bank South africa 20 mintues later on the phone, my account was unblocked. When i looked on my back statement it shows that on the 15/02/2013 i withdrew R680 at 2136 & R680 at 2140. I called them back they said its a techinacal error my money will be refunded the next day. Friday morning i called them they said the system is down, i called in the afternoon they logged a call & told me they will send me an email. Today is monday & my money is not in my account.
they even charged me bank charge of R27 per transaction...
Well u have just lost a customer when i get back i am closing my account...
