My first encounter with first for women was when I signed up for a car insurance with Vanessa Cass on the 27 June 2013 and the agreement was for the inception date be the 01 September and she forgot to change the date on the system resulting in the 1st debit order in July 2013. A refund was processed after 4 working days and the inception date was changed to the 1 September 2013. my company changed the cover date until September and such was communicated to Tricia Bridge on the 20 Aug to change the inception date as well as the debit order date, and in her email Tricia stated that she has referred my request to the relevant depart to assit with changing the inception date. I spoke to Julie who promised to action my request. On the 30 Aug 2013 I forwarded an email to Tricia Bridge requesting feedback and I was told that the policy will commence in September and yet the request was for the inception date to be 1st October. Another debit order went off amid my request, and to date I am still waiting for my refund. I must say that my experience with 1st for woemn was pathetic and no person should be subjected to such bad service.
