I claimed insurance in October 2012 as I have been retrenched after much running around due to me being sent from pillar to post Standard bank paid out my claim. Once this was settled I have been hounded with smses and phone calls stating that I'm in arrears with my account. Again I went to bank it was then sorted out and Kevin Kok called me stating that Standard bank recently started using a new system hence the confusion (ref#30862416). He vowed that I would no longer receive sms and phone call yet this morning I have received a sms stating that I am in arrear with a R2155.53!!! Please help me and sort this out!!! After countless visits to Standard bank I'm still experiencing the same problem for 4months nw!
Standard bank has pathetic service!!!
