I had a bad car accident over two months ago and Standard Bank have STILL not settled the claim with Wesbank.
They make every excuse under the sun to drag the process out. All the while I am still having to pay Wesbank R3, 300 a month for a car I no longer have.
They even accused me of using a tow service they didn't supply, yet if they actually check their phone records they will see that it was accepted by them. They even called back to state that they could. Yet they are trying to charge me an additional R6, 000 in additional to the R6, 600 they have already made me pay to Wesbank.
They do not reply to emails, they do not return phone calls.
DO NOT EVER EVER EVER USE STANDARD BANK FOR YOUR CAR INSURANCE. They have the most disgusting customer service and attitude I have ever experienced.
